Exhibition Assistance

WARC invites proposals from local, national and international artists and curators. We support emerging as well as more senior artists, and present solo and group exhibitions in all genres, including performance, new media and video/film screenings.

WARC encourages artists to challenge barriers of convention and supports the exploration of new definitions of artistic practice.

Exhibitions run approximately 4 weeks. WARC designs and prints the invitations, at a budget value of approximately $500, and does an extensive mail-out for each exhibition including a comprehensive media campaign.
The artist receives a fee of $1,500. for a solo show.
Group shows are pro-rated accordingly.

WARC also provides video documentation and digital photo documentation of each exhibit. A complimentary copy of the video and CD Rom can be provided to the artist for their portfolio upon request.
